The Garrett AT GOLD metal detector can be used on any terrain (AT stands for All Terrain) and, due to its high working frequency, is particularly well suited for gold search (natural gold such as nuggets) as well as for the search for small coins and jewels. The AT Gold allows a greater penetration depth and a better sensitivity for gold and natural gold such as nuggets, coins, artefacts and for general search.

Suitable for all search areas

Search and find in the mountains, on the field, on the lake or on stone terrain – wherever you can find natural gold or coins. With this AT GOLD metal detector you can also search in rain or in shallow water areas. The device is waterproof and pressure resistant up to 3 meters water depth. The supplied headphones are waterproof up to the earpieces – optionally underwater headphones are available for full underwater use.

Excellent technology

The Garrett AT GOLD is an excellent detector for finding coins, gold and artifacts thanks to its 2 discrimination modes for metal suppression. Here, the high frequency and the very good 40-stage iron blanking with switchable iron clay prove themselves. The digital control value display of 0-99 – in addition to the block display of the metal type – helps, in conjunction with the analog and proportional sound output, to determine the type of metal and often also the object lying in the ground more precisely.

Includes DD coil

As standard coil comes a 5 x 8 inch (13 x 20 cm) DD coil. Due to the high operating frequency of 18 kHz, this smaller coil is ideal for smallest precious metal objects and coins. Gold seekers and prospectors also find the ideal detector in the AT GOLD. As a result of the narrow penetration depth of the DD design, a rapid detection of objects lying close to one another with different guide values is much better possible. Of course, this Garrett search coil is also waterproof sealed.
