Terms and Conditions

A. Extent of Limited Warranty

1. GDG Electronic International warrants to the end-user customer that the GDG Electronic International product specified above will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified above, which begins on the date of purchase by Customer.

2. For software products, GDG Electronic International’s limited warranty applies only to failure to execute programming instructions. GDG Electronic International does not warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. GDG Electronic International’s limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:

  • a. Improper maintenance or adjustment
  • b. Software, media, parts or supplies not provided or supported by GDG Electronic International
  • c. Operating outside product specifications
  • d. Unauthorized modification or misuse

4. For GDG Electronic International products, the use of non-GDG Electronic International accessories does not affect the customer’s warranty or any GDG Electronic International support contract with the customer. However, if product failure or damage is attributable to the use of a non-GDG Electronic International accessory, GDG Electronic International will charge its standard time and materials fees for servicing the product for any specific failure or damage.

5. If, during the applicable warranty period, GDG Electronic International receives notice of a defect in any product covered by GDG Electronic International’s warranty, GDG Electronic International shall either repair or replace the product, at GDG Electronic International’s option.

6. GDG Electronic International has no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to GDG Electronic International.

7. Any replacement product may be new or nearly new, provided that it has a function at least equal to that of the product being replaced.

8. The GDG Electronic International Limited Warranty Statement applies in any country in which a GDG Electronic International product covered by GDG Electronic International is distributed. Additional warranty service contracts, such as on-site service, may be available from any authorized GDG Electronic International service facility in countries where the product is distributed by GDG Electronic International or through an authorized importer.

B. Warranty Limits

Neither GDG Electronic International nor its third-party suppliers make any warranty or other condition of any kind, whether express or implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.

C. Limitation of Liability

1. The solutions stipulated in this warranty statement are the customer’s sole and exclusive solutions.

2. Except for the obligations specifically set forth in this Warranty Statement, in no event shall GDG Electronic International or its third-party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether advised of the possibility of such damages.

Delivery Policy

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Damage During Delivery

If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping packaging and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return the item without following these steps, as this will delay the replacement of the order.

Delivery Requirements

A signature is required for most shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive and sign for the package. If you need additional assistance receiving your package, please contact us.

Verify the Order

Some orders may be subject to our verification procedures before we can process them. To protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you are the card owner or that your order and shipping information are valid. If your request requires verification, you will be notified via email within one business day.

Import Taxes and International Shipments

Import taxes on the product depend on each country’s laws and regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. GDG Electronic International is not responsible for these costs, nor for their calculation.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or shipping fees resulting from such return will be the responsibility of the customer.
