RADAR stands for Radio Detection and Ranging. The Gepard GPR 3D sends a signal into the ground and waits for the reflection or the echo of this signal to detect underground anomalies.

Optimization of soil testing

The Gepard ground radar transmits in a frequency range between 60 MHz and 300 MHz, which is realized by adjustable telescopic antennas. In addition, the Gepard GPR has many automatic settings to optimize soil testing on different soil types and to simplify operation of the floor radar for the user. You simply set the depth range and start your geophysical measurement.

Measurement Data Analysis with Android App

The collected measurement data of the ground radar are sent directly to an Android tablet. The Android software receives the measurement data by WiFi and displays it immediately on the screen. The software offers, among other things, possibilities for integrating GPS data and Google Maps as well as the function of automatic filtering and entering individual notes. The existing filter options improve the measurement results and help you find hidden objects and structures. Due to the integrated GPS support, all motion patterns can be stored together with the measured values.

GPR scan evaluation in Visualizer 3D Studio

The new render views in OKMs 3D software Visualizer 3D Studio allow the visualization of detected structures for more detailed analyses.
