OKM Fusion Professional Plus

The metal detector and 3D floor scanner FUSION is the revised and improved version of the FUTURE 2018. It has been developed for beginners in the field of 3D metal location and offers not only simple handling but also advanced measurement functions. The OKM FUSION supports treasure hunters, gold seekers, adventurers and archaeologists in finding lost treasures, buried artefacts, hidden settlements and other historical objects and structures.

The user manual is available in the following languages: German, English, Spanish and French.

The graphic user interface of the tablet PC is available in the following languages: English, Français, Español, Italiano, Nederlands, Türkçe, Ελληνικά, Pусский, 中文, عربي, فارسی.

The device is available in two versions: FUSION Professional (without telescopic linkages and less functionality) and FUSION Professional Plus (complete equipment and full functionality).

Based on our 20th anniversary edition FUTURE 2018, the FUSION has a robust design, is significantly lighter and available in two different models: FUSION Professional and FUSION Professional Plus.

Use

The FUSION Professional is especially suitable for beginners with a small budget, whereas the FUSION Professional Plus is ideal for advanced users who need additional functions to perform the measurement.

FUSION Professional supports the following operating modes:

• Live sound performing an acoustic magnetic field measurement for detecting ferromagnetic metals
• Vertical measuring function
• Integrated SRIS search coil

FUSION Professional Plus, the extended version, supports the following operating modes:

• Ground scan performing a graphic 3D floor measurement with detailed analysis on a computer
• Live sound performing an acoustic magnetic field measurement for detecting ferromagnetic metals
• Live scan (Multi-sensor, ultrasound) Creation of a live image from the background during the transition

• Integrated SRIS search coil

Use of the SRIS search coil for positioning near-surface metal objects

One of the new locating functions is the SRIS search coil with which small metal objects near the surface can be detected. This search coil can be activated individually by the user during the configuration of the Live Sound, Ground Scan and Live Scan operating modes. At the lower end of the FUSION is the SRIS search coil, which can be used as a pin pointer for small, near-surface metal objects.

The SRIS search coil can be used particularly well as a pin pointer during the excavation. This makes it very easy to visualize the basic position of buried objects in a 3D graphics. When digging, it can be difficult to determine the exact position of the smaller objects.

Missing by testing the ground with activated SRIS search coil no small objects like: Marriage rings, earrings, brooches, bracelets, necklaces, coins, buttons, keys, badges or pinions.

3D visualization of buried treasures

While measuring an unknown area and recording measured values, the Visualizer 3D Studio Professional Edition software can simultaneously analyze this information and display hidden objects and structures as colored 3D graphics. In this way you literally see all buried treasures, gold objects, archaeological artefacts and other objects hidden in the underground already before the excavation.

3D Ground Scan

With a 3D Ground Scan, you can record measurement data from a complete area and see hidden objects there.

Live Scan (Ultrasound)

In this view of the Live Scan mode, you are able to see a visual ultrasound image from the background. In addition, you can determine the size, position and depth of the individual detected objects. In this way you know exactly where and how deep you have to dig to hit the coveted treasures.
