3D Surveying System

Select the file and then select the type of device, which in this case would be the Great 5000. Choose the correct com type, followed by the type of connection and cable. Press the ok button to confirm your selections. Next, check the number of shots selected.

Ensure that the device is at least 5 to 10 cm above the ground, then take footage after each half-meter distance using a square or rectangular shape depending on the appropriate location being searched.

Once the search is complete, store the image, then analyze and confirm the shape in the ground. Determine the type of metal or vacuum form and depth in centimeters. Finally, turn on the tab and proceed with detection.

Electromagnetic System

The device works with an electromagnetic system and detects gold only. Turn on the device. Set the device vertical for a minute until the ion system runs. Position the device making sure it is above the ground from 5 to 10 cm. Move the device from right to left in this way until you reach the target. A sound is issued from the device and the target is gold only.

Metal Discrimination System

This system distinguishes between metals, gold, precious metals, and voids.

Method of work of metal discrimination system: Change the system from the program open from file. Select the type of device Great 2-S, choose the correct com type, select the connection type and select the cable, determine the type of distinction between minerals, then press the ok button.

Then point the device to the ground and make sure the height of the device is 5 cm from the ground. Move the device from right to left to distinguish the target in the ground.

Color indications: Red color indicates gold. Yellow color indicates the presence of metals. Blue color indicates a vacuum. Green color indicates empty ground.
